Our commitment to sustainability is rooted in our core values and reflected in our daily practices. We pledge to:
- Minimise Environmental Impact
- Reduce paper usage by adopting digital documentation and communication.
- Implement a recycling program for paper, plastics, and electronics and minimise waste.
- Encourage remote working and virtual meetings to reduce travel emissions and reduce our carbon footprint.
- Have a ban on ‘single plastic’ use in the office.
2. Sustainable Practices
- Source office supplies and materials from environmentally responsible organisations.
- Source company branded clothes and merchandise from sustainable suppliers.
- Utilise energy-efficient appliances and lighting in our offices.
- Support sustainable commuting options for employees, such as public transport, carpooling, electric vehicles and biking.
3. Community Engagement
- Partner with local organisations to support environmental initiatives and community clean-up events with a particular focus on the ocean and marine life.
- Make charity donations to not for profit organisations, focused on sustainability and environmental protection.
- Support, engage and take up sponsorship opportunities in marine conservation efforts, including partnerships with organisations and initiatives that protect marine habitats.
4. Education and Awareness
- Foster a culture of sustainability within the firm through training and workshops for our staff.
- Educate our employees, client, and the community about marine sustainability and the importance of protecting our oceans.
- Stay informed about legal developments in environmental law and share insights with clients and colleagues.

- Report on our progress to staff and clients,to maintain transparency and accountability.
